Add an integration page for the Grafana Cloud MCP server, which connects ADK agents to Grafana Cloud observability data (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, dashboards, alerts, incidents, and more) via 60+ MCP tools. Includes Python and TypeScript examples using StreamableHTTP transport with OAuth 2.1 authorization.
