Resolves #4 by using the Vite + Svelte template (instead of the default svelte example template, which uses rollup (challenges)), along with the new ArcGIS JS API ES Modules (
npm install @arcgis/core). This is the "ES Modules" alternative to usingesri-loader.Most of the changes in the branch are just the current default Vite+Svelte template. The main thing to see is the new README.
