Describe the Feature

In the small country of Norway (5.5M people) there are 300,000 people registered on Bluesky as of last year.

Yet I have no way of seeing what’s going on with these 300k people because I work internationally and have my app set to English. Similar to #7942 I want the ability to toggle between different localities in the Discovery feed. The default appears to be USA and I want at least three options:

• International
• USA
• Norway

The latter being the most sorely missed, because I’m being forced to choose between a default (Norwegian) that doesn’t make sense for me, and the total absence of Norway-derived activity altogether.

This could also be solved by #7785 although I think the most accessible way to do this for average users is either a locality drop-down within the Discover feed itself, or the ability to pin additional Discovery feeds per locality.

I think the DNS as handles thing could be helpful here; having a way to filter by handles with the .no TLD could be a way to help discover accounts from Norway
