Suppressing Autofix when syntax-check violations are found

When ansible-lint is executed without --fix option against a repsitory, for example https://github.com/IBM/Ansible-OpenShift-Provisioning.git , and detects syntax-violations, only those syntax-violations are reported on the console output.

When ansible-lint is executed with --fix=all option against such a repository, in addition to reporting those syntax-violations autofixes are applied to other files.

In the ansible-lint documentation, it reads:

Our linter runs ansible-playbook --syntax-check on all playbooks, and if any of these reports a syntax error, this stops any further processing of these files.

i.e., it does not mention about the files that are not found syntax errors. So the current behavior might be "working as designed". However, I think suppressing Autofix when syntax-check violations would be more desirable unless those syntax-check violations themselves are auto-fixed. What do you think?
