[OSX 10.10] Dragging File or Folder onto Brackets displays a file or folder view, instead of opening the file in the editor or the folder as a project #8109

On latest Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite seed, if I drag a folder from a Finder window onto the Brackets window, then instead of opening the folder as a project, the side panel and editor space disappear and a Finder-like folder view appears instead.

Found while running step (13) of the Brackets smoke tests using installed Brackets Release 40.

Also, per step (14), if I drag a file from a Finder window onto the Brackets window, like the index.html, then that web page opens in the Brackets window.

Note 1: this doesn't happen running Release 40 on my OSX 10.8.5 system.

Note 2: Edge Code CC Preview 8 (based on Brackets Sprint 38) works correctly in 10.10. Dragging a folder onto EC opens the project correctly.

Note 3 : File > Open Folder... to that same folder works fine though.
