Holding down Ctrl+F causes Brackets to freeze

1. Usually remains execute the command to look up words in my code (Ctrl + F), but when I do (Ctrl + F) command again it does not close the top bar. Simply, Brackets rerun the command to open it again.
   I believe that a good choice for this would be that the Brackets understand that when rerun (Ctrl + F) actually close the search bar.
2. If you hold the (Ctrl + F) buttons is able to make the process completely stop the Brackets to the point of having to kill task.
3. Now, if you run (Ctrl + G) and after (Ctrl + F), the top bar just disappears and does not open the search bar.

@Rynaro Trying to unpack the different issues here...

1. Request: hitting Ctrl+F a second time should close the search bar. Do you have examples of other editors that do this? Most of the ones I've played with seem to do what Brackets does (leave the search bar open and select all the text in the search field).
2. Bug: Holding down Ctrl+F causes Brackets to freeze. This does seem like a legitimate issue -- it will eventually unfreeze, but if you've held the key down for more than a few seconds it could take a while (in my test, holding it down for 3 sec led to an 8 sec freeze). It's probably true of many commands that finish asynchronously, even if this particular case of it seems not super severe. I'll see if we have an existing general bug filed on this.
3. Bug: Pressing Ctrl+G (Goto Line) and then pressing Ctrl+F doesn't switch from one search bar to the other, it just closes the search bar. This is a known issue (ModalBar should enforce singleton-ness #6203) and should be fixed by Replace 'smart autocomplete' with a purpose-built QuickSearchField module #7227.

I thought better about the subject of the search bar, and I believe that putting an "x" in the search bar would be better than rerun (Ctrl + F).
An example of the search bar that contains the "x" is the search bar of Mozilla Firefox.

Currently we dismiss the find bar whenever it loses focus, so it isn't as important to have an explicit close button, but in the future our plan is to make it that you have to explicitly close it with Esc, so it would make sense to also add explicit UI like an "x" button to close it. I added the suggestion of having an explicit close button to https://trello.com/c/TD4qOgxG.

I think we've addressed issues 1 and 3 now - 1 is addressed by the close button idea being added to the existing backlog item, and 3 is addressed by #7227. So I retitled the bug to be about the freeze when holding down Ctrl-F. Assigned to @peterflynn, low priority.
