Support http cookies in build-in http client

Hi there,
Sorry for resurrecting this old issue, but I can't seem to delete/don't use the stored cookies by the build-in http client. I have a session cookie, and I want to delete it on logging out.
Making calls http.get() with options = { withCredentials: false } doesn't seem to have any effect.
