Removes: * user_guide/tutorials/* — empty * algorithm_guide/control/* — empty * api_reference/* — empty (separate ticket: autogen this) * developer_guide/* — empty * validation/dejongh2025/* — only data file, no docs Adds a hidden toctree for jax_pallas_issues.md so it gets indexed without surfacing in the sidebar. Removes empty-directory globs (api_reference/, developer_guide/, etc.) from MIME's docs/index.md so sphinx builds clean. Adds a hidden toctree for jax_pallas_issues so it's still indexed. Surfaces existing files only — no doc additions.
