I'm going to hold off on this as there is a bug in 3.14 that makes compiling Coq slow. This is fixed in 3.15 but that was only recently released. I'll wait a little longer for this as it isn't critical so that 3.15 is more widespread. |

The bug in Dune has been fixed and the fix is available in 3.15.2. See #1924 for a more detailed explanation of the issue. |

We have some better support for sharing flags in Dune 3.13 allowing us to reduce the size of the coq.theory stanzas.
