Initial release v0.0.1

Initial version which allows:

• Getting the audit log, builds, releases, policy configurations, policy types, resource areas and repositories
• creating new repositories and 5 types of policy configurations (Reviewer,Code Reviewer, Comment Resolution, Merge Types and Work Item Linking)
• Removal of policy configurations and repositories
• Updating of the 5 types of policies

Should be fully functional but could use some more testing.
