Description
Edit: This issue is mostly resolved, however the ending fades for related events takes a much greater time to finish.
This issue has been reintroduced in 1.0.3 and may be linked to issue #29
I am looking into the cause of this and will fix it as soon as I can.
This issue only seems to happen at 1x speed for spells;
however, for quickenings and castings, the game will cancel unfinished actions.
