feat: add mobile layout with chat panel at bottom

Summary

• Removes the "Desktop Required" blocking overlay on mobile devices
• Changes layout direction from horizontal to vertical on mobile (breakpoint: 768px)
• Places draw.io canvas at the top and chat panel at the bottom on mobile
• Adjusts panel sizing: 50/50 split on mobile vs 67/33 on desktop
• Makes chat panel header more compact on mobile (smaller padding, icons, title)
• Hides "About" link and collapse button on mobile
• Disables panel collapsing on mobile (always visible)

Test plan

• Test on desktop (≥768px width): Verify horizontal layout with DrawIO on left, chat on right
• Test on mobile (<768px width): Verify vertical layout with DrawIO on top, chat at bottom
• Test resizing: Verify panels are resizable in both layouts
• Test chat functionality on mobile
